Sourdough Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:
-1 c flour
-1 T sugar
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 c sourdough discard or starter
-1 egg
-1 c buttermilk (or milk with 1 T apple cider vinegar)
-2 T oil or melted butter
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk. Add more milk if you want a thinner pancake. This recipe is easily increased depending on your crowd size. Pour on a hot griddle with a 1/3-1/2 cup measure and cook until bubbles form and pop. Flip and cook a minute or two more. Enjoy! Makes about 10 medium pancakes.
